This was a test.
You clicked a link from a simulated phishing email sent by FTC IT. No credentials or patient information were collected. This click was logged only to help us see how our training is working.
What happened
Fusion Therapy Center IT periodically sends test emails that imitate real phishing attempts, made to look like something you might actually receive so the training reflects real conditions. If you clicked the link or entered information, nothing happens to your account or to patient data. This exercise exists so we can find gaps in awareness before a real attacker does.
What gave it away
- The sender did not come from the official @fusiontherapycenter.com domain
- The message pushed for immediate action
- It asked you to click a link to verify information or credentials
- It discouraged you from checking with anyone before responding
- Hovering over the link would have shown a web address outside FTC systems
Before you click next time
- Confirm official FTC email comes from @fusiontherapycenter.com
- Access payroll only through Paylocity
- Open Fusion EMR only from your saved bookmark or known URL
- Sign in to Google only at accounts.google.com
- If something feels off, contact IT before you respond or click anything
